ChiroVerify plans are monthly subscriptions for practice accounts. Successful eligibility checks count toward the monthly plan cap; payer errors and system errors are tracked for operations and are not billable usage.

Plan limits apply per practice account and billing period. Active provider NPI limits are enforced by the account configuration. Paddle collects a payment method during the 14-day trial and charges only if the subscription is not canceled before the trial ends.
A successful eligibility response increments the monthly successful-check count. Payer rejections, payer outages, and ChiroVerify system errors are tracked separately so support can investigate without charging them as successful checks.
All plans include chiropractic-specific benefit summaries, in-network and out-of-network benefit display when returned by the payer, downloadable PDF summaries, practice user management, and email support.
Self-serve signup is open for Basic and Pro. New accounts use Paddle checkout to start a 14-day card-required trial, then finish email verification and admin setup before running checks.
